Pressed Chicken
Pressed Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 chickens, boiled and deboned (save broth), pork roast, boiled and deboned, salt and pepper to taste, cayenne pepper to taste and envelope unflavored gelatin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Place chicken and pork roast in a large kettle.
Add salt and pepper.
Put gelatin in 1 cup cold water.
Add to chicken mixture. Place in 3 glass loaf pans.
You may have to press down the meat to drain off some of the juice.
