Soak fresh wall-eye in bowl of milk for 1 to 2 hours.
In skillet or pan melt butter.
Remove wall-eye from milk and roll in Progresso bread crumbs.
Cook until tender and brown to taste.
If baking fish, bake at 375° to 400° for 15 to 25 minutes or to desired taste.
Fish should be tender and flaky.
