Preacher Salad
Preacher Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 small pkg. lime jello, 1 carton small curd cottage cheese, 1 (8 oz.) container cool whip and 1 small can crushed pineapple, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix cottage cheese, drained pineapple and dry jello together. Stir in Cool Whip until all is blended well.
