Preacher's Coming
Preacher'S Coming is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream, 3/4 c. crushed vanilla wafers, 2 sq. unsweetened chocolate, 2/3 c. oleo and 2 c. confectioners sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Put crushed wafers in ungreased 9 x 13 pan.
Melt chocolate in 2/3 cup oleo.
Stir in yogurt and 2 beaten egg yolks.
Add nuts and vanilla.
Fold in egg whites that have been stiffly beaten.
Pour over crumbs and chill until firm.
Top with 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream that has been softened.
Sprinkle with 1/3 cup nuts.
Drizzle with Chocolate Fudge Sauce (follows).
Cover and freeze.
Cut into squares and serve.
