Preacher Cookies
Preacher Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1 stick butter or margarine, 1/2 c. milk, 1/2 c. powdered cocoa and 2 c. quick oats, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Put sugar, butter and milk in a heavy saucepan.
Bring to a boil and boil for 3 minutes while stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.
Stir in cocoa, oats and vanilla.
Mix well. Drop by teaspoon onto waxed paper.
Cool 30 minutes.
Yields 3 dozen.
