Pralines
Pralines is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 1/8 tsp. salt, 1/4 c. margarine, 1 c. pecans and 1 c. brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine sugars, salt and milk.
Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly until sugar is dissolved.
Cook to soft ball stage (238Β°), stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat.
Add margarine and let stand until lukewarm.
Add vanilla and beat until creamy. Add pecans and drop by teaspoons on waxed paper.
