Pralines is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. granulated sugar, 1 c. light brown sugar, packed, 1/2 c. water, 1/4 c. light corn syrup and 1 tsp. vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine in saucepan both sugars, water, corn syrup, vinegar and salt.

Turn control to highest setting to bring mixture to full boil, stirring constantly.

The second the mixture boils, turn the control to "off."

Let stand for 3 minutes without lid. Do not stir during these 3 minutes.

Immediately stir in vanilla, butterscotch morsels and pecans.

Stir until morsels are dissolved.

Drop by spoon on wax paper.

It will look thin.

Work fast and have everything ready because this hardens fast.
