Praline Pie
Praline Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/3 c. brown sugar, packed, 1/3 c. oleo, 1/2 c. pecans, chopped, 1 pie shell, baked and 1 pkg. butterscotch pudding and pie filling, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine sugar, oleo and pecans in saucepan. Cook and stir until sugar melts and mixture bubbles vigorously.
Spread mixture in bottom of pie shell. Prepare pudding by mixing with milk according to directions. Pour over nut layer in pie shell. Allow to cool. Whip cream with vanilla and 3 tablespoons sugar. Spread over top of cooled pie and refrigerate.
