Praline Cake(Club Member: Jason Harvey) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 2 c. chopped pecans, 1 stick melted margarine, 1 c. light brown sugar, packed and 4 tbsp. light corn syrup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Mix margarine, brown sugar, corn syrup and pecans in a small bowl.
Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with baking spray and spread the pecan mixture evenly in the bottom of the pan.
Prepare cake mix with water, oil and eggs.
Pour batter over pecan mixture; bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
When done, immediately invert pan on serving tray.
Leave pan over cake for 5 minutes.
Remove and serve with ice cream or whipped topping.
