Pound Cream Cheese Cake
Pound Cream Cheese Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. butter, 3 c. sugar, 6 eggs, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese and 3 c. cake flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cream butter (don't use margarine) and sugar.
Divide cream cheese into 1/3's.
Alternately add 2 eggs and 1/3 package cream cheese times 3 until 6 eggs and 1 package cream cheese are used. Beat 3 to 4 minutes each time between additions.
Add cake flour and vanilla.
Pour into greased large tube pan.
Bake at 300Β° for 1 3/4 to 2 hours at most.
