Pound Cake
Pound Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. butter (room temperature), 3 c. sugar, 1/4 c. criso, 3 c. flour (plain) and 1 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cream together the butter, sugar and Crisco.
Set aside.
Mix together the flour, baking powder, salt, milk, lemon flavoring and eggs, one at a time.
In a large bowl, combine creamed and flour mixtures.
Pour in greased and floured Bundt cake pan.
Cook at 325Β° for 1 hour and 25 minutes.
Do not open oven door while cooking.
