Pound Cake
Pound Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 3 sticks margarine (not whipped), 3 c. plus 1 tbsp. plain flour, sifted, 6 eggs, 1 lb. confectioners sugar and 2 tsp. vanilla flavoring, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix margarine and sugar until creamy.
Add 1 cup of flour and 2 eggs together until you use all the flour and eggs; beat 1 minute after each addition.
Add vanilla.
Beat 3 minutes on high.
Grease and flour tube cake pan.
Bake at 325Β°.
After 30 minutes, check for doneness with toothpick.
Let cool in pan.
