Pound Cake
Pound Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. margarine, 1/2 c. shortening, 2 1/2 c. sugar, 3 c. flour and 1/4 tsp. soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cream margarine, shortening and sugar until light and fluffy. Mix flour and soda.
Add eggs, one at a time, to cream mixture. Beat well after each.
Add flavorings.
Alternate buttermilk and flour mixture.
Put into greased and floured cake pan or 2 loaf pans.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
