Pound Cake

Sift flour, then measure.
Add baking powder and salt.
Sift 5 or 6 times.
Cream the margarine and Crisco.
Add sugar.
Cream thoroughly.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each.
Add dry ingredients alternately with milk.
Add flavoring and bake in a greased and floured pan for 1 hour and 25 minutes at 325Β°.
