Pound Cake

Cream the shortening and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Add milk and flour alternately.
Put in greased and floured tube pan. Bake in a 325Β° oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes without opening oven door.
This makes a very large cake.
