Potluck Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes, 1 (6 oz.) carton sour cream, 10 oz. grated cheddar cheese, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1 stick oleo, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and pour into a greased casserole or 13 x 7-inch pan.
Top with corn flakes or potato chips.
Bake at 350Β° for about 1 1/4 hours.
This is very good for a large family or could be divided and 1 casserole be frozen for later.
