Potluck Potatoes

Cook unpeeled potatoes in water until soft, but firm.
Drain and cut into 1-inch cubes.
Place in an ungreased 2 1/2-quart baking dish.
Add pimientos, onion, garlic and onion salt.
Toss gently.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Place bread cubes on top and pour oleo over.
Bake uncovered at 350Β° for 30 minutes or until bread is toasted.
