Potluck Potato Casserole
Potluck Potato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. frozen hash browns, 1/2 c. melted butter or margarine, salt and pepper, 1/2 c. chopped onion and 1 pt. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Defrost hash browns and combine in a large mixing bowl with 1/2 cup of melted butter; season with salt and pepper.
Add chopped onion, cream of chicken soup, sour cream and grated cheese; mix thoroughly.
Pour into buttered 3-quart casserole. Mix 1/4 cup melted butter with cornflake crumbs and sprinkle over potato mixture.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for 45 minutes.
