Potluck Potato Casserole
Potluck Potato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes (square chunks), 1/2 c. melted butter, 1 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper and 1/2 c. chopped onion (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Use a 3-quart dish.
Defrost hash browns.
Combine 1/2 cup of butter with hash browns.
Mix rest of ingredients together and mix into hash browns.
Butter a 3-quart casserole and put hash brown mixture in dish.
Mix corn flakes with 1/4 cup melted butter. Pour over top of mixture.
Bake 45 minutes at 350Β° or until done.
