Potluck Bean Casserole
Potluck Bean Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 or more bacon slices, 1 lb. hamburger, small onion, chopped, 1 jar (2 qt.) great northern beans and 1 tall can pork and beans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Brown bacon slices and set aside.
Brown the hamburg and onion in part of the bacon fat.
Partially drain the Great Northern beans and mix with the pork and beans in a large casserole (5-quarts).
Add the hamburg and onion.
Season with remaining ingredients.
Bake 1 hour at 350Β°.
Put bacon slices across other ingredients for the last 15 minutes.
