Potatoes Romanoff is an easy dinner. Made with 6 medium baking potatoes, cook unpeeled until tender, 2 c. sour cream, 1 bunch chopped green onions and 1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Peel potatoes after cooked.
Grate into large bowl.
Add remaining ingredients plus salt and pepper.
Mix well.
Spread in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Refrigerate 3 to 4 hours covered or overnight. Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 to 45 minutes.
