Potatoes Romanoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 large baked potatoes, 1 bunch green onions, chopped, 1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese, 4 c. sour cream and 1 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Peel baked potatoes and cut into cubes.
Combine all ingredients, except paprika, in greased casserole dish.
Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 3 hours.
When ready to use, sprinkle with paprika and bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
