Potatoes Romanoff is an easy dinner. Made with 16 oz. frozen shredded potatoes, thawed, 1/2 c. finely chopped green onions, 1 c. nonfat or low-fat sour cream, 3/4 c. Spray a 1-quart casserole dish with nonstick coating.
Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl except potatoes.
