Potatoes in Cream
Potatoes In Cream is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 medium potatoes, 3 tbsp. butter, 2 tsp. salt, pepper (to taste) and 1 tbsp. minced onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Boil potatoes until almost done.
Cool and put in refrigerator overnight.
Next day, peel potatoes, slice on large side of grater.
Melt butter and put in 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Place potatoes on top, sprinkle with salt, pepper and minced onion. Pour cream over top.
Bake at 300Β° for 1 hour.
