Potatoes Au Gratin
Potatoes Au Gratin is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 to 6 potatoes, 1 small carton sour cream, 1 carton frozen chives, defrosted, 1 c. sharp cheese, grated and lemon pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Boil potatoes until done and don't use them until they are cool (may cook them the day before).
Dice the potatoes and sprinkle heavily with lemon pepper; add other ingredients.
Put in a casserole dish and cook about 30 minutes at 300Β°.
Then sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and cook a few more minutes.
(Use 1 medium potato per person.)
