Potato Wedges
Potato Wedges is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. crushed cornflakes, 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt, 1/8 tsp. each: onoin salt and garlic salt, 4 to 6 medium sized potatoes and vegetable oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Preheat oven to 400Β°.
Combine cornflakes, seasoned salt, onion salt and garlic salt in small bowl.
Mix well and set aside.
Cut each unpeeled potato into 8 wedges.
Dip in vegetable oil; roll in cornflake mixture.
Place on greased baking sheet.
Bake for 30 minutes or until tender.
Serves 6 to 8.
