Potato Wedges

Combine butter, catsup, mustard, paprika and salt; mix well. Cut potatoes into quarters lengthwise; slash each wedge crosswise at 1/4-inch intervals, but do not cut through skin.
Place potatoes, skin side down, on baking sheet.
Brush with 1/3 of butter mixture.
Bake at 425Β° for 40 minutes or until potatoes are fork-tender, basting with butter mixture.
