Potato Wedges
Potato Wedges is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 medium potatoes, water, dash of salt, 3 tbsp. oil and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Clean potatoes; scrub well.
Cut each potato in half lengthwise.
Then cut into even wedges, leaving skins.
Boil potato wedges for 5 minutes in salted water.
Drain and pat dry. Spread wedges in single layer on lightly greased baking sheet. Sprinkle with oil, spices and herbs.
Bake at 425Β° for about 15 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheeses.
Bake for another 10 to 12 minutes or until potatoes are golden and cheeses are melted.
