Potato Wedges
Potato Wedges is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. parmesan cheese, 1/4 c. flour, 3/4 tsp. salt, 1/8 tsp. pepper and 1 stick margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine dry ingredients and put in plastic bag.
Scrub potatoes and cut in wedges.
Melt margarine in 9-inch baking dish. Put wet potatoes in bag and shake.
Place coated potatoes in dish with butter.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Serve with sour cream.
