Potato-Tomato Soup is an easy dinner. Made with 6 medium sized potatoes, 1 tbsp. oil, salt and pepper to taste and 1 qt. canned tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Wash, peel and cut potatoes into small chunks.
Put in a large pot and add enough water to cover tops of potatoes.
Bring to a boil and cook until soft.
Add oil, then salt and pepper to taste. Last, add tomatoes.
Bring to a boil and boil for 10 minutes. Let's eat!
