Potato Stuffing Or Dressing is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 potatoes, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. poultry seasoning, 1/2 c. diced onions and 1/2 c. diced celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook potatoes.
Add salt.
Drain.
Add oleo and mash.
Fry onions and celery until tender.
Add to potatoes.
Add bread, egg and poultry seasoning.
Mix can be used to stuff a small chicken or put in greased bowl, cover with foil and bake in a 350Β° oven for 45 minutes.
Take foil off to brown top.
Good as a side dish with fried chicken.
