Potato Soup
Potato Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 to 4 c. diced potatoes, 1/2 c. chopped onions, 3 c. water, 1/3 c. flour and 1 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In a 3-quart pan, cook potatoes, onions, water and celery on medium 25 minutes or until tender.
Mix together sour cream, flour, salt and pepper.
Add sour cream mixture, milk, butter and bouillon cubes to soup.
Cook and stir 30 minutes.
Do not boil! Sprinkle with parsley.
