Potato Skins
Potato Skins is an easy dinner. Made with 4 small to medium potatoes, 4 slices cheddar cheese, bacon bits, sour cream and chives, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Preheat oven to 350°.
Bake potatoes.
Cut potatoes in half and scoop out potato, leaving 1/4-inch potato in shell.
Deep fry potato skins in fat that has been preheated to 350° and fry until lightly crisp.
Remove from fat; drain.
Add 1/2 slice Cheddar cheese to each potato half and sprinkle bacon bits over each.
Put back in oven until cheese melts.
Serve hot with sour cream and chives.
