Potato Sauerkraut Casserole
Potato Sauerkraut Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (20 oz.) pkg. shoestring potatoes or pkg. tater tots, 1 lb. ground beef, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese and salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Brown ground beef.
In 9 x 9-inch pan, layer 1/2 of the potatoes, then the sauerkraut and ground beef.
Cover with rest of potatoes.
Cover mixture with chicken soup mixed with 1 cup milk. Lightly salt and pepper, then sprinkle cheese over the top.
Cover with foil and bake at 350Β° for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
