Potato Salad Dressing
Potato Salad Dressing is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. vinegar, 2 whole eggs, well beaten, 1 tsp. salt and small amount black pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix all ingredients together.
Cook in double boiler until thick, stirring constantly.
Remove from pan.
Add 2 teaspoons of prepared mustard.
Pour over potato salad while both potatoes and dressing are hot.
Mix well.
If more dressing is needed, add more Miracle Whip.
