Potato Salad
Potato Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 to 8 medium potatoes, 2 medium onions, diced, celery, chopped (optional), 6 heaping tbsp. sweet pickle salad cubes and 1 bell pepper, diced (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Peel potatoes; boil until done.
Cut into cubes or mash the potatoes.
Diced, boiled for decorative appearance.
Ingredients mix thoroughly.
Egg and start from the pointed end of egg and cut lines down to bottom of egg; do not cut flat part of egg, and only cut through the white of egg.
Very carefully set flat part of egg into middle of the potato salad and gently the top and peel the white stems down to form flower.
Paprika can be sprinkled over top.
