Potato Salad
Potato Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 qt. potatoes, 1 1/2 qt. chopped celery, 2 tbsp. salt, 1 qt. french dressing and 1/2 c. chopped parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Wash, pare and cube potatoes.
Cook in boiling, salted water until tender.
Drain and cool.
Add celery, salt and parsley.
Toss with a salad fork to mix.
Add French dressing; let stand 3 hours. Serve on lettuce leaves, garnished with mayonnaise and stuffed olives.
