Potato Salad
Potato Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 to 6 large potatoes (boiled with skin on), 7 boiled eggs (put yolks in separate bowl), 3/4 c. celery, green pepper, green onions and pimentos (whole small jar), 1 c. pickles and salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine vegetables; salt and pepper real good.
Mash egg yolks with fork; add mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, vinegar, sugar and celery seed.
Stir and spread over peeled, cut up chunked vegetables and mix.
