Potato Salad
Potato Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 potatoes, 5 eggs, boiled and chopped, 1 stalk celery, chopped, 1/2 c. sweet pickle relish and 1 medium onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Boil potatoes in their skins and cook until done, approximately 30 to 40 minutes.
Do not overcook.
Let potatoes cool off by draining water off and set aside.
Should take about 1 hour to cool.
Remove skins from potatoes and cube them.
In a big bowl combine the potatoes and the other ingredients.
