Potato Refrigerator Rolls
Potato Refrigerator Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 cake yeast, 1 1/2 c. lukewarm water, 2/3 c. shortening, 2/3 c. sugar and 1 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Dissolve yeast and 1 teaspoon of the sugar in 1/2 cup of the water.
Beat eggs, shortening, salt, rest of the sugar and the rest of the water.
Add yeast and water mixture.
Add flour after beating in the cup of potatoes.
Knead in all of the flour.
Let rise until double.
Make into rolls or loaves.
Let rise.
Bake at 425Β° for 20 to 25 minutes.
You may keep dough in refrigerator several days.
