Potato Pleasers(Great For A Crowd!) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. bacon, cut into small pieces, 1 large onion, 1 bell pepper, 5 or 6 large potatoes and 1 c. grated cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Brown bacon, onion and bell pepper.
Slice potatoes (I leave the skins on) in 1/4-inch slices into a buttered casserole dish. Cover with bacon mixture.
Cover and bake for 1 hour at 350Β°. Remove cover.
Add grated cheese and return to oven until melted. Top with dollops of sour cream and serve.
