Potato Pancakes
Potato Pancakes is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. potatoes, 1 large onion, minced, 1 egg, beaten, 3/4 c. flour and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Clean and peel the potatoes.
Grate very finely.
Add the onion, egg, flour, salt and pepper.
Blend well.
If the mixture becomes too runny, add a tablespoon of flour.
Fry small pancakes in a hot pan with a little oil.
Turn the pancakes to brown on both sides.
Very good along or with a meat sauce.
Often served with applesauce or sour cream.
Serves 6.
