Potato Onion Bake
Potato Onion Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Layer a third of the potatoes and onions in a greased casserole dish.
In a saucepan, combine butter, cheese soup, flour and milk; stirring constantly, cook until bubbly.
Remove from heat, and stir in grated cheese and salt.
Pour a third of the sauce over the potatoes and onions.
Repeat these layers two more times.
Cover with foil and cook on 350 degrees for 1 hour or until potatoes and onions are tender.
