Potato Gratin with Boursin Cheese
Potato Gratin With Boursin Cheese is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. whipping cream, 1 (5 oz.) pkg. boursin cheese with herbs, 3 lb. red new potatoes, scrubbed and thinly sliced and 1 1/2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Butter a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Stir cream and cheese in large saucepan over medium heat until melted and smooth. Arrange 1/2 of potatoes in overlapping rows.
Season with salt and pepper.
Pour over 1/2 of the cheese mixture.
Arrange rest of potatoes; season with salt and pepper and rest of cheese.
Bake at 400Β° for 1 hour until top is golden and potatoes are tender. Sprinkle with parsley.
