Potato Fans
Potato Fans is an easy dinner. Made with 4 baking potatoes, 1/4 c. butter or margarine and 1/4 c. breadcrumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Scrub whole potatoes.
Make slices, 1/8-inch wide, in potato, but do not slice through.
(This may be done by placing potato in a large spoon and slicing down.)
Place potatoes, cut side up, in baking dish.
Drizzle half of shortening over potatoes.
Sprinkle crumbs over potatoes.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for 30 minutes. Drizzle remaining shortening over potatoes.
Bake 15 minutes longer, or until brown.
