Potato Delight is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box instant potato buds, 1 c. sour cream, butter and paprika to taste, 8 oz. cream cheese and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Make the potatoes for 8 according to directions on box of instant potatoes.
Mix in cream cheese and sour cream. Salt and pepper to taste.
Put into pan and dot with butter and paprika. Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
