Brown beef with onion.
Add tomato, broccoli, mushrooms, soup and half the cheese.
In a 9 x 13-inch cake pan, layer potato crowns on the bottom and the sides.
Bake at 350Β° for 10 minutes. When potato crowns are solid, add mixture and bake for 30 minutes. In the last few minutes, add remaining cheese.
