Mix all ingredients, except potatoes and butter.
Pack into loaf pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 1/2 hours.
Let stand 10 minutes. Drain off liquid and turn meat onto ovenproof platter.
Spread potatoes and dot with butter.
Heat for about 10 minutes in oven.
