Potato Chip Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 c. crushed chips (measured after crushing), 1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed, 1 c. white sugar, 2 eggs, slightly beaten and 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine the first 6 ingredients, and mix well.
Sift together flour and baking powder.
Add to the potato chip mixture and mix well.
Stir in the pecans.
Drop by teaspoon onto a greased baking sheet, allowing space for the cookies to spread.
Bake at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until lightly browned.
