Potato Cheese Casserole

Peel and dice potatoes and onion.
Put in pan with 1/2 cup water.
Add butter and salt.
Boil until tender.
Do not drain. Add cheese, stir until cheese melts, add sour cream.
Put in greased casserole dish and bake at 350Β° until browned on top.
